Cooker Setup & Operation

Install the unit on a stable, level surface with adequate clearance. Connect approved water and power supplies, flush the filtration system, and complete the initial function check before service.

Choose the installation or operating video that matches your cooker model and water-supply setup. The commercial user manual below is for model FCH-D220-C.

03

Waterline Connection Guide

Use approved tubing and fittings, close the water supply before connection, confirm inlet direction, then inspect all joints for leaks before regular operation.

Before work begins: turn off the water supply valve. Waterline installation should be completed by qualified personnel using fittings approved for the site and cooker model.

Type A · Tee-valve connection

  1. With the water valve off, identify the supply hose feeding an existing purifier or electric water heater.
  2. A qualified installer fits the tee valve into that hose and connects the branch hose to the cooker water inlet (IN) at the lower rear of the unit.

Type B · Water-adapter connection

  1. With the water valve off, fit the compatible water adapter to the supply point.
  2. Connect the hose from the adapter to the cooker water inlet (IN) at the lower rear of the unit, using the compatible fitting for the installation.

Type C · External pump and container

  1. Use an external pump when a direct waterline is not available. Place the supply hose in the water container with its end kept submerged.
  2. Connect the pump outlet hose to the cooker water inlet (IN). Keep the pump and hose arrangement within the equipment instructions.
